PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA KRISTEN DALAM PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER SISWA DAN APLIKASINYA DI SMP SWASTA IMANUEL TELUKDALAM

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the extent to which Christian Religious Education Learning was implemented in the formation of student character and its application at Imanuel Telukdalam Private Middle School, where this research was conducted at Imanuel Telukdalam Private Middle School, South Nias Regency. The population was 40 students at Imanuel Private Middle School in this study who were randomly selected. The instrument used for this research was a closed questionnaire which was tested on 30 people. This questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliability. This means that only the questionnaire items that passed the results of this trial concluded that for the variable instrument, the application of Christian Religious Education learning which was tested was 20 items and met the validity and reliability requirements of 18 items for the Student Character Formation questionnaire of 20 items, data analysis techniques were used. used to test the partial correlation and multiple correlation research hypothesis. The tendency of the variable Application of Christian Religious Education Learning is quite good, this can be seen from the results that in the good category there are 4 respondents (10%), quite good there are 26 respondents (65%) , in the poor category there were 18 respondents (7.25%). So it can be concluded that the implementation of Christian Religious Education Learning is quite good. The level of tendency for Student Character Formation (Y) is in the good category, there are 10 respondents (25%), there are 10 respondents (25%) in the quite good category and there is 1 respondent in the not so good category, namely (2.5%). So it can be concluded that student character formation is quite good. So the hypothesis is accepted.
