PEMBENTUKAN IDENTITAS UMAT ALLAH BERDASARKAN KEPEMIMPINAN MUSA PADA ALKITAB KELUARAN 18 (STUDI KORELASI ANTARA KEPEMIMPINAN DIPERCAYA, SETIA DAN TERDIDIK DENGAN PEMBENTUKAN IDENTITAS SEBAGAI UMAT ALLAH DI NIAS SELATAN)

Abstract

This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods by combining data processing and descriptive, it aims to contribute thoughts on the leadership of Moses in the Bible Exodus 18 towards the implementation of trusted, loyal and educated leadership with the formation of identity as God's people in South Nias. Moses' example in sacrifice, even though he had the potential to live a prestigious life in Pharaoh's Palace, Moses chose to sacrifice his comfort in order to lead the Israelites out of slavery. He prioritizes God's will above all things and is an example for us in prioritizing God's Kingdom.
