Peran Guru Pak Sebagai Motivator Dalam Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Anak

Abstract

One way to improve a child's learning achievement at school is the role of a PAK teacher as a motivator. Motivator means a person who has a profession or job by providing motivation to other people. Providing this motivation is usually through training activities, but can also be through monitoring, coaching or counseling. A motivator is someone who provides motivation or encouragement to individuals, organizations or companies with the aim of increasing enthusiasm and quality of life.
