Abstract

Pastoral care is one of the main functions of church ministry, especially in shepherding and fostering the faith of the congregation. This study examines the performance of special ministers in house-to-house pastoral accompaniment on the growth and development of the congregation's faith in GMIM Kharisma Buha Manado Region Mapanget Tumpa. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, involving observation, interviews, and literature study. This study confirms that personalized and direct pastoral care remains relevant in the modern era, and has great potential in building the spiritual life of the congregation.The results showed that house-to-house pastoral care contributes significantly to the faith growth of the congregation, as seen from the increased involvement in worship and congregational fellowship. In addition, this practice strengthens the relationship between congregants and specialized ministers, creating a more personalized attachment within the church community
